How can I put into words one of the most fulfilling experiences of my professional life? I’ll just try to give you the general picture. Imagine being surrounded by your best and dearest friends… who also happen to be the best professionals in the wedding industry… Ohhh, I was looking around me and could hardly believe they were all there… It was so much more than a mere style shoot; it felt more like a gathering, a perfect chance to get together once again and have fun.
So many awesome people to mention! I don’t know where to start… Vana Efkleidou from White Ribbon, combining style, warmth and elegance, achieved a superb aesthetic result putting her personal stamp on every single wedding detail and offering all the inspiration a bride might wish for.
Yiannis Alefantou, my best friend, a guy I can talk with for hours, was the photographer of this wedding style shoot. The quality of his work always guarantees the best possible outcomes.
Kostas Kastanakis from Freefeelings, a silent but powerful presence, was the videographer who managed to capture in motion the atmosphere and mood of this event. And among all these talented people, the happiest person of all, myself, was rushing about to get everything done, backstaging the wedding style shoot in one of the most beautiful settings anyone wishing to get married in Greece might dream of: the Nasioutzik Museum.
The Nasioutzik Museum is one of my favourite venues in Athens. The moment you walk through its imposing massive wooden door, you have the feeling that you have just stepped into a fairy tale. The idyllic natural environment, the impressive Byzantine architecture, the romantic and stylish decoration, its warm colours and its smells, and most of all, its unique mysterious atmosphere make it an ideal wedding venue.
The final but most important ingredient for the success of this kind of photoshoot is a real couple, a cute, lovely couple like Eirini and Evripides, who balance everything around them with their love and happiness. I was so excited to be part of this wedding style shoot gathering! And above all I feel blessed to have the privilege to call all these vendors my friends!
